Final Inspection has been cleaning new construction, remodel projects, and move-in/move-outs since 1994. We work closely with Builders, Real Estate Brokers/Agents, and Apartment Managers to ensure a clean & healthy environment for move-ins. Since our start we've always strived to have a low impact on our environment. We use a very minimal amount of chemicals, and also offer completely chemical-free cleanings for people with extreme allergies and/or sensitivities. ____________________________________________________________ We are happy to announce that we have recently added a variety of CLEAN GREEN products which are now also available to our customers (and yours) at low costs. Including various sized cleaning gift sets for your new owners, residents, and tenants. **** An inexpensive way to say "Welcome Home" to your new owner/renter **** We will continue to try out new green products and list them as they become available to us. ___________________________________________________________________ Our cleaning service prices are based on a per square foot rate for all initial cleans (call for current pricing). Recleans are an additional fee. This includes but is not limited to our new construction cleans, move-ins/outs, and remodels. We do "move-in ready" cleaning which means ready for listing, staging, renting, or moving into. We do not include windows. However, for your convenience we can recommend an excellent window cleaner we've worked closely with since ....."The beginning of time". Unfortunately, with the constant change in construction and rental schedules, we regret that we cannot accomodate private owners on a weekly or monthly basis.
